Spark is the entry tier: AI money coach chat up to a daily limit, plus the Foundation lessons and goal tracking in your dashboard. Compass adds 4× the daily chat, two more lesson modules, the full Signal Map (sample data while it is rebuilt) and a weekly coach prompt on your dashboard. The quiz is 3-5 minutes. Your blueprint PDF arrives by email, usually within 3 minutes of payment. If it isn't in your inbox or spam folder within 5 minutes, email support@qol.one and we'll send it. It also appears in your dashboard.

Yes. Re-run the quiz any time and a new blueprint is generated. Your old blueprints stay in your dashboard so you can compare.

PDF. Designed to print clean (8.5×11), with a table of contents, named sections, and gold-accented typography. Looks at home on a fridge, in a journal, or in your team's drive.

Quiz answers (financial situation, goals, mindset, industry of choice), name, and email. We don't ask for bank details, social security, or income docs — the blueprint is directional, not a tax return.

Yes. The quiz handles joint inputs — partner status, shared goals, household income range — and the blueprint reflects them. The plan is generated for the household, so one purchase covers the household. Two separate Coach accounts for two separate working blueprints is also fine; email support@qol.one and we'll set it up.

Yes. The blueprint is personalized — not jurisdiction-specific — so the framework, prioritization, and 30-day actions translate cleanly across countries. Where regional specifics matter (tax-advantaged accounts, retirement vehicles, regulators), the plan flags the category and recommends checking your local equivalent. Pricing is in USD, charged via Stripe in your local currency.

Answers questions about your blueprint, helps you decide between real money trade-offs (e.g. which debt to pay down first, or how big your emergency fund should be), nudges you on the actions in your 30-day sequence, and reframes plans as your situation changes.

Yes. Each conversation has a copy-as-text and download-as-markdown option. Useful for journaling, sharing with an advisor, or feeding into your own systems.

Anthropic's Claude. We use the most capable models for guidance-heavy work and faster models for casual chat. Quality stays consistent, cost scales sensibly.

No. The Coach is a planning aide. We're not licensed financial advisors and we don't give regulated financial advice. For decisions that need a fiduciary (retirement plan, estate planning, complex tax), see a CFP. The Coach helps you get organized for those conversations.

Email support@qol.one with the subject line "Delete my data". We delete your account, blueprint(s), Coach history, and email subscription within 7 business days, and confirm in writing.

Yes. Right to access, rectify, erase, and port. Email support@qol.one and we'll process within 30 days (the GDPR statutory window).

No. We don't sell user data, ever. Your quiz answers are used to generate your blueprint and inform the Coach — that's it.
